Flue gas emissions test

1. Connect the flue gas analyser to test
port A.
2. Open the gas shut-off valve. Start the
boiler.
3. Set the upper heating output (see
page 23).
Measure the CO
2
tent. Record the values in the
"Reports" table.

Checking the flue gas monitoring device

1. Pull the flue pipe from the draught
hood.
2. Fit the front panel.
3. To carry out the function test, cover
the flue outlet at the draught hood.

4. Set the lower heating output (see
page 24).
Measure the CO
tent. Record the values in the
"Reports" table.
5. Turn off the ON/OFF switch on the
control unit.
Operation with the lower rated heat-
ing output is terminated.
Maintain limits to EN 297 (CO content
< 1000 ppm).
Note
To prevent operating faults and damage,
operate the boiler with uncontaminated
combustion air.
If the actual value falls outside the per-
missible range, check the following:
■ Static and supply pressure (see
page 20)
■ Nozzle pressure (see page 22)
