 Right click anywhere on the control panel will also bring up the menu-
style version of the control panel toolbar. These functions are discussed in
the sections that follow.
 To move the Control Panel to a different location on the screen, click and
hold your mouse pointer on the second row, then drag the Control Panel to
a desired location.
