Read the safety notices
Note the following safety notices. These relate to the entire working life of the device.
You should also read the safety notices relating to handling in the individual sections,
particularly in the sections "Installation" and "Connecting up".
NOTICE
Cleaning the housing
If the device is not in a hazardous area, only clean the outer parts of the housing with a
dry cloth.
If the device is in a hazardous area, use a slightly damp cloth for cleaning.
Do not use solvents.

EXPLOSION HAZARD
Do not open the device when the supply voltage is turned on.
EXPLOSION HAZARD
Do not press the SET button if there is a potentially explosive atmosphere.

If you use the device under UL or FM HazLoc conditions, you must also adhere to the
following safety instructions in addition to the general safety instructions for protection
against explosion:
