Turn your mist output up.
Make sure your oscillator is clean.
Make sure your humidifier is full of water and on a
level surface.

Your DUET and the oscillator need to be cleaned.
Follow the steps on the previous page.

The white dust is a result of minerals naturally found in
your water. It can be cleaned easily with a dry cloth.
Make sure you are not using a water softener in
your DUET.
Install a new demineralization cartridge.

The DUET is a warm mist humidifier, not a steam
humidifier, so the mist will be warm but not hot.
A
The cool mist setting is 81 degrees and the warm mist
setting is 104 degrees. Household temperatures can
sometimes affect this.
