Tools needed:
1/2 inch wrench
9/16 inch wrench
1/2 inch socket
9/16 inch socket
Pliers
Standard screwdriver

Step One

1) Remove rear door

Step Two

1) Cut the straps holding the cart to the wooden pallet and
tilt the cart body off the pallet. Turn the cart onto its back-
side until it is standing upright.

Step Four

1) Assemble a spacer tube onto each end of the axle.
2) Install a 1" flat washer, a wheel (valve stem facing out),
and another 1" flat washer onto the axle.
2) Spread parts out in your work area

Step Three

1) Securely lock the tongue to the latch stand bracket by
the latch lock lever (lock the tongue into the 'W').
2) Install the axle through the wheel support and the rear
tongue section.
3) Secure the wheel with a cotter pin, spreading the ends
so that a hub cap can fit over the pin.
4) Snap the hub cap into place by pressing it onto the flat
washer.
5) Repeat on the other side of the axle.
