MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES
If any play is felt or if wheel does not
turn smoothly, have the wheel bearing
replaced.
Wheel Bearing Seal Inspection
A slight film of grease around the seal
is normal. Have the seal replaced if an
excessive leak or damage is noticed.

Lights

All the lights are built with LEDs (light
emitting diode) and this technology
proved to be reliable. In the unlikely
event they do not work, have them
checked by an authorizedSea-Doo
dealer.

Winch

Winch Inspection
Inspect gears, bushings and strap for
wear or damage.
Winch Lubrication
Apply a thin coat of multipurpose
grease to the gearing teeth and pivot
points. Rotate handle to distribute
grease evenly.
Lubricate ratchet pivot point with light
oil.

Jack

Jack Lubrication
Clean grease fitting, then lubricate us-
ing multipurpose grease. Rotate han-
dle to distribute grease evenly.
Lubricate handle pivot point and wheel
axle with light oil. Wipe excess oil and
rotate parts to distribute oil evenly.

Check wooden bunks carpet condition
and wood hardness.

Roller Bunks (if Equipped)

Check rollers for wear, cracks or dam-
age.
