TIGHTENING TORQUE

Bunks
The bunks (wooden or roller type) must
be adjusted according to the shape of
the PWC hull. They must rest flat on
the flat surfaces of the hull.
Bunk Angle (MOVE I and MOVE II
Series)
To adjust the angle:
1. With the PWC off the trailer, loosen
the bolts retaining the bunks to their
supports.
2. Load the watercraft on the trailer
and make sure that the bunks
rest flat on a flat part of the hull as
shown.
If the bunks do not rest on a suitable
part of the hull, refer to appropriate

WARNING
Always set both bunks to the same
height and lateral stance.
To change the height and position:
NOTE: The height can be changed at
front of the bunks only.
1. Remove the PWC from the trailer.
2. If the height has to be changed, re-
move the front support U-bolts.
3. Install the U-bolt in the holes corre-
sponding the desired height, but do
not tighten yet.
