CARE AND MAINTENANCE

18. Replacing the Wheels

WARNING
• Always remove the battery pack when servicing
or transporting the mower. We recommend
having this carried out by an after-sales service
provider.
a. Turn the mower on its side with the upper
surface against a wall.
b. Use a flat blade screwdriver to pry the dust
cover away from the wheel.
c. Use an adjustable or ½-inch (13mm) wrench
to turn the bolt counterclockwise to loosen it.
d. For front wheel, remove the bolt, the worn
wheel, the wave washer, and flat washer from
the wheel axle.
e. For rear wheel, separate the drive gear from
the worn wheel by loosening and removing the
screws. Save them for reassembling the new
rear wheel.
NOTICE: During drive-gear mounting, the surface
of the gear marked "out" should face toward
outside (Fig. 18c).
f.
Mount the wave washer and the new wheel
on the wheel axle. Note that the round recess
must face outward.
g. Lock the wheel with the bolt by tightening the
bolt clockwise.
h. Mount the dust cover onto the wheel and press
it into place.
