More Direct3D:
Limits the number of frames the CPU
can prepare before the frames are
processed by the graphics processor
when Vertical Sync is disabled.
NOTE: In some cases, the greater the
number of pre-rendered frames allowed,
the greater the "input lag" may be in
response to devices such as joysticks,
gamepads, or keyboards. Reduce this
value if you experience a noticeable
delay in response to the input devices
connected to your computer while
playing games.
Refresh Rate Override:
Applications control refresh
Allows
rate:
application to select its own
refresh rate. The list box below
is disabled when this option is
enabled.
Override refresh rates: Allows
the driver to override the refresh
rate for Direct3D applications.
The list box below is enabled
when this option is enabled.
