[b] DRAIN HOSE (WASH TANK)

Check the drain hose once a month for deterioration (e.g. deformation, hardening). It must
be replaced about every two years depending on the installation conditions such as hose
routing and drain water temperature.

[c] POWER SUPPLY CORD

Check that the power supply cord is not under pressure or tension or in contact with
corners, edges or hot surfaces of surrounding equipment.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its
service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.

19. TROUBLESHOOTING

If something seems wrong with the unit, check for possible causes according
to the following instructions. If the problem still exists, immediately contact an
authorized Hoshizaki service company.
When contacting a service company, let them know the model name, serial
number, date of installation (see warranty card) and type of trouble (e.g. error
code).

[a] TROUBLES REQUIRING IMMEDIATE SERVICE CALL

When one of the following error codes flashes in the display, press the "ON/OFF" button to
stop the dishwasher, and immediately contact an authorized Hoshizaki service company.
