Assembly Preparing the base Locate the Base Rails (B, C, D, E) and place on a flat surface. Insert Bolts (BB) through the two-hole Plastic Connector Blocks (AA) on each rail as shown. Tighten with the Phillips screwdriver. Connecting the base panels Align the Base Left Side Rail (B) with the Base Back Rail (C) and push together.

Assembly (continued) Attaching the front base panel Align the Base Front Rail (E) with the previously assembled base rails from step 2. Secure with Bolts (BB) using a Phillips screwdriver. Assembling the base Locate the Bottom Shelf (A) and place upside down on a flat surface.

Assembly (continued) Attaching the decorative base panel Locate the Decorative Base Panel (F). Insert Bolts (CC) through the Flat Washers (DD) to secure the Decorative Base Panel (F). Tighten with a Phillips screwdriver. Installing the USB port Locate the Center Shelf (H). Slide the USB output (EE) through the opening in the Center Shelf (H).

Assembly (continued) Attaching the door catch Locate the Left Partition (I) and the Right Partition (J). Attach the Magnetic Spring Door Catches (GG) to the Left Partition (I) and the Right Partition (J). Secure each catch using Screws (HH) where indicated by the diagram.

Assembly (continued) Attaching the base Align the holes on the edges of the Center Assembly (H) with the holes on the Bottom Shelf (A). Insert Screws (II) through the Bottom Shelf (A) and into the pre-drilled holes on the edges of the center assembly as shown. Securely tighten all screws using a Phillips screwdriver.

Assembly (continued) Attaching the side panels Align the Left and Right Side Panels (K and L) with the Bottom Shelf (A). Insert Screws (II) through the Bottom Shelf (A) and into the pre-drilled holes on the edges of the Left and Right Side Panels (K and L) as shown.

Assembly (continued) Attaching the top front rail Align the plastic connector blocks on the Top Front Rail (P) with the pre-drilled holes on the Right Partitions (I and J) and Side Panels (K and L) . Secure the Top Front Rail (P) to the Side Panels (K and L) by screwing Bolts (BB) through the plastic connector blocks and into the pre-drilled holes on the Side Panels (K and L).

Assembly (continued) Attaching the top panel Place the Top Panel (G) on top of the main assembly while aligning the pre-installed screws with the screw holes on the edges of the main assembly. After inserting the screws (BB) into the holes, tighten the fasteners from underneath the Top Panel (G) using a Phillips Screwdriver as shown.

Assembly (continued) Securing the back panels Place the Back Panel Brackets (MM) between the back panels and the grooves of the assembly as shown. Fasten each Back Panel Bracket (MM) using Screws (LL). Repeat until all brackets are securely in place as indicated by the diagram. Assembling the rolling doors Locate the Left and Right Rolling Doors (Q and R).

Assembly (continued) Attaching the door handles Each Door Handle (PP) has pre-attached screws. Remove these screws and place the Door Handles (PP) over the pre- drilled holes in each Rolling Door (Q and R). Place the pre-attached screws on the other side of each Rolling Door (Q and R) and tighten with a Phillips screwdriver through the door and into the Door Handle (PP).

Assembly (continued) Attaching the track guide From the back of the unit, insert Screws (RR) through the Sliders (QQ) and into the pre-drilled holes in each Rolling Door (Q and R). Attaching door stoppers Insert the Bolts (TT) through the roller track to secure the Door Stoppers (SS).

Assembly (continued) Attaching the cabinet doors Locate the Left and Right Cabinet Doors (S and T). Attach the Right and Left Pin Hinges (UU and V V ) to the main assembly. Slide the Left Cabinet Door (S) into the grooves and insert Screws (WW) to secure into place.

Assembly (continued) Installing the fireplace insert Lift the Fireplace Insert (O) carefully into the back of the unit and center in the fireplace insert opening. Do not drag the Fireplace Insert (O) across the base as it may scratch your unit. Securing the fireplace insert Align the Metal Brackets (ZZ) behind the fireplace Insert (O) and above the pre-drilled holes.
