If there is evidence of excessive abrasion or wear, or the hose is cut, it must be replaced prior to the gas appliance being put into operation. Use only the replacement hose assembly specified in this manual. -

Operation BEFORE LIGHTING Fire pit should be thoroughly inspected before each use and by a qualified service person at least annually. If relighting a hot fire pit, always wait at least 5 minutes. Inspect the hose assembly for evidence of excessive abrasion, cuts, or wear. Suspected areas should be leak tested. -
