SAFETY PRECAUTIONS Read all instructions before assembly and use of the high chair. Keep instructions for future use. WARNING BEFORE ASSEMBLING THIS HIGH CHAIR, READ AND UNDERSTAND THE INSTRUCTIONS. FOLLOW THE MANUFACTURER’S INSTRUCTIONS DO NOT LEAVE CHILDREN UNATTENDED. THE HARNESS MUST ALWAYS BE USED AND CORRECTLY FITTED - MOST INJURIES FROM HIGH CHAIRS ARE CAUSED BY FALLS. - Page 3 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS FALLING HAZARD: Prevent your child from climbing on the product. Be aware of the risk of tilting when your child can push its feet against a table or any other structure. FALL HAZARD: children have suffered severe head injuries including skull fractures when falling from high chairs.

- Page 7 ASSEMBLY / OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS To fit Legs and Footrest... Locate the two front upper legs. Ensure they are the legs that have the pre-drilled holes in the front of them. Line up the screw and the hole and turn clockwise until the leg is firm.
- Page 8 ASSEMBLY / OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS To fit Legs and footest continued... Locate the two rear upper legs. Line up the screw and the hole and turn clockwise until the leg is firm. Do not over-tighten. Repeat for opposite side. The chair should resemble the image as shown. Lay chair face down.
- Page 9 ASSEMBLY / OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS To fit Legs and footest continued... Ensure the holes in the middle of the two upper cross braces and the bottom cross brace are in alignment. Insert Cross Brace Assembly Bolt from the underside, through Bottom Cross Brace Cap and the two upper cross braces.
- Page 10 ASSEMBLY / OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS To attach Tray... PLEASE NOTE! The plastic tray can be adjusted and has three positions. To attach tray; align the tray with the arm rests, push button at the front of the tray while sliding tray along armrests to desired position. Release button.
- Page 11 ASSEMBLY / OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS To use the Harness... CAUTION: The harness must be used at all times and be correctly adjusted. Most injuries from high chairs are caused by falls. Place baby in the seat. Attach shoulder straps to waist belt. Position the crotch strap between baby’s legs and feed arms through shoulder straps.
