Troubleshooting

Symptoms
Motor does not working
Poor airflow

Possible Cause
No electrical supply
Aluminum filters clogged
Charcoal filters clogged
Butterfly valve jammed

Lamps are burnt out.
Lamps are loose.
Action
Ensure the plug is connected properly.
Reset circuit breaker.
Clean the filters and replace when dry
Replace charcoal the new filters charcoal with new

The kitchen is not sufficiently ventilated.
The hood must be at least 75 cm 65 cm from stove.
Wash the aluminum filters.
