Newer Models (Gen 3)
Note: You must "reset" the unit prior to use
Note: A Reset procedure requires the desk base to fully retract (beyond any lower limit set).
Please ensure that you have the proper clearance below the desk base.
1. Press and hold the DOWN on the handset (part 5)until the desk reaches it lowest height.
Release the DOWN button.
2. Press and hold the Down button again until the LED display on the handset reads "RST".
Release the DOWN button.
3. Press and hold the DOWN button again until the desk lowers slightly more. Continue to
hold the DOWN button, the desk unit will then slightly rise and then stop. Release the
DOWN button.
Your desk is now ready for use.
Older Models (Gen 2)
Note: You must "reset" the unit prior to use
Note: A Reset procedure requires the desk base to fully retract (beyond any lower limit set).
Please ensure that you have the proper clearance below the desk base.
1. Press the UP and DOWN buttons simultaneously for approximately 15 seconds. You should
hear and audible beep, continue to hold the UP and DOWN buttons.
2. As you continue to hold the UP and Down buttons, the legs should lower to their lowest
possible position until you hear another audible beep.
3. Release the UP and DOWN buttons and your desk unit should be working properly.
Older Models Cont. (Gen 1)

Please ensure that you have the proper clearance below the desk base.
1. Press and hold the DOWN button until the legs have lowered to their lowest possible
position. Continue to press the DOWN button.
2. You should see the legs slightly rise (bounce) and lower again, release the DOWN button.
3. Press and hold the UP button until the legs have risen to their highest possible position.
Continue to press the UP button.
4. You should see the legs slightly lower (bounce) and rise again, release the UP button.
Your adjustable height table should be fully reset and functioning properly.
