    ASSEMBLY ================================================================================================ Assembly Step 1 Attach wand clips (32) to the tank (4) using enclosed screws. Assembly Step 2 1. Attach boom mounts (21, 22) to tank support (17) as shown, using four 5/16" x 3/4 bolts (20) and four 5/16"-18 locknuts (23). 2.

Screw two 5/16”-18 locknuts (23) onto the 5/16 x 2-1/4” adjustment bolts (37). 2. Attach boom center (35) and right and left boom extensions (38, 39) to the 5/16 x 2-1/4” adjustment bolts (37) as shown. Tighten down with two wing nuts (30). NOTE: The top of the boom extensions should be 17.25"...

Insert rubber hose (31) into the 90° barb (29) and fasten to the boom extension (39) using plastic jam nut (28). 2. Assemble sprayer tip by first inserting the filter (27) into threaded portion of 90° barb (29). 3.

Attach the wand handle to the wand (1) by sliding the coupling onto the base of the wand and screwing on. NOTE: Ensure the o-ring gasket on the base of Wand handle the wand is secure. NOTE: Ensure the wand tip is pointing down after handle is securely attached.

    INSTALLATION ================================================================================================ SPRAYER INSTALLATION ELECTRICAL CONNECTION INSTALLATION CAUTION: Avoid injury! Care should always be used when working around batteries. CAUTION: Avoid injury! Before installing sprayer, make sure the vehicle is parked safely. Use insulated tools when making battery connections. Heavy gloves and eye protection should be worn when making battery connections.
