17. Always use ALL required parts for each use mode. Check instruction manual for a list of required parts.
Periodically check product for loose, damaged, or missing parts.
18. The attachment system must always be used in bedside sleeper mode (see below).
19. To avoid death from the infant's neck being caught on the top rail on the side that is next to the adult
bed, the top rail must be no higher than the adult bed mattress.
20. Not intended for carrying a baby.
21. NEVER use for a baby who is able to sit upright unassisted.
22. Never leave the child unattended.
23. NEVER place a child under 6 lbs. (3 kg.) or over 19.8 lbs. (9 kg) in the bedside sleeper.
24. NEVER move the bedside sleeper while child is in it.
25. DO NOT use Mobile Arm as a handle. Don't hang anything on it except provided toys.
26. Never place the bedside sleeper on countertop, table, on or near steps, or on other elevated surfaces.
27. ALWAYS use on a flat floor.
