  • Page 7 Assembly Instructions Elevator Assembly Step 1 • Fasten the elevator floor 13 to elevator walls 14 and 15 using four (4) B screws. NOTE: Make sure the slots on walls 14 and 15 are pointed downward. The slots on each wall should be on the inside facing towards each other. In order to know the elevator is facing the right direction, the elevator opening should be faced towards you and the wooden notches on wall 14 should point to your right.
  • Page 8 Step 2 • Slide the back panel 16 in between walls 14 and 15 using the slots on the walls.
  • Page 9 Step 3 • Fasten the elevator ceiling 12 to the top of elevator walls 14 and 15 using four (4) B screws. NOTE: The beautiful design on the elevator ceiling 12 should be faced down and the flooring design on the other side should be faced up when connecting this part.
  • Page 10 Rooftop Assembly Step 4 CAUTION: The front roof panel 6 can be damaged or broken easily. Handle the front roof panel 6 with care. • Fasten the preassembled dormer 25 to the front roof panel 6 using two (2) B screws. NOTE: Use the two (2) holes adjacent to the triangular cutout found near the center of the front roof panel 6 to attach the preassembled dormer 25.
  • Page 11 Step 5 • Fasten the first piece of roof overhang 21 to roof frame 19 with two (2) B screws. NOTE: Make sure both holes are lined up between both pieces before fastening the parts in place.
  • Page 12 Step 6 • Fasten the second piece of roof overhang 20 to roof frame 19 with two (2) B screws. NOTE: Make sure both holes are lined up between both pieces before fastening the parts in place.
  • Page 13 Step 7 • Fasten the assembled dormer 19 – 21 to front roof panel 6 using four (4) C screws.
  • Page 14 Dollhouse Assembly Step 8 • Fasten the lower-level left wall 1 to upper-level left wall 17 using two (2) D screws. When placing the parts together, the upper-level left wall 17 should be placed over the lower-level left wall 1 on the side with the interior design on the wall.
  • Page 15 Step 9 • Fasten the first-floor front border 32 to the bottom front corner of lower-level left wall 1 using one (1) A screw. NOTE: The first-floor front border 32 has a slot that should face inward towards first-floor backwall border 31. Make sure that the hole on the first-floor front border 32 is on the far right with the smaller opening of the hole facing up and the bigger opening facing down.
  • Page 16 Step 10 • Fasten the first-floor backwall border 33 to the bottom back corner of lower-level left wall 1 using another A screw. NOTE: The first-floor backwall border 33 should have one of its slots facing first-floor front border 32 and the other slot facing upward.
  • Page 17 Step 11 • Fasten the first-floor pillar 24 to the hole on the first-floor front border 32 using one (1) A screw. NOTE: Make sure the hole on the side of the pillar is towards the top when installing the pillar. The smaller opening of the hole should face left while the bigger opening of it should face right.
  • Page 18 Step 12 • Fasten the first-floor interior wall 11 to first-floor flooring 8 using two (2) B screws. NOTE: Make sure the part is not fastened upside down by looking at the design.
  • Page 19 Step 13 • Slide the first-floor flooring 8 with the recently connected first-floor interior wall 11 in between first-floor front border 32 and first-floor backwall border 33. NOTE: Make sure when sliding in the first-floor flooring 8 that the first-floor interior wall 11 ends up in the back over the first-floor backwall border 33.
  • Page 20 Step 14 • Line up the second-floor flooring 9 to the holes on lower-level left wall 1 and place the flooring on top of first-floor pillar 24 and first-floor interior wall 11. Then, fasten the second-floor flooring 9 to lower-level left wall 1 using two (2) A screws.
  • Page 21 Step 15 • Fasten the second-floor flooring 9 to first-floor pillar 24 using one (1) A screw.
  • Page 22 Step 16 • Fasten the second-floor flooring 9 to first-floor interior wall 11 using two (2) B screws.
  • Page 23 Step 17 • Fasten the railing 26 onto the third-floor flooring 10 using one (1) B screw. NOTE: Make sure the rug design on the third-floor flooring 10 is facing up.
  • Page 24 Step 18 • Fasten the stairs pillar 31 onto the second-floor flooring 9 using one (1) A screw.
  • Page 25 Step 19 • Line up the third-floor flooring 10 with recently attached railing 26 to the hole on the lower-level left wall 1 and the holes on the stairs pillar 31. • Next, fasten the back end of the third-floor flooring 10 onto lower-level left wall 1 using one (1) A screw.
  • Page 26 Step 20 • Slide in the second-floor backwall 3 in between second-floor flooring 9 and third-floor flooring 10. NOTE: Make sure design is not upside down before sliding in the backwall.
  • Page 27 Step 21 • Slide in the first-floor backwall 4 in between first-floor backwall border 33 and second-floor flooring 9. NOTE: Make sure design is not upside down before sliding in the backwall.
  • Page 28 Step 22 • Slide in the third-floor backwall 5 onto third-floor flooring 10.
  • Page 29 Step 23 • Place the third-floor backwall border 29 onto the third-floor backwall 5 and fasten the left end of the third-floor backwall border 29 to upper-level left wall 17 using one (1) A screw.
  • Page 30 Step 24 • Slide the assembled elevator 12 – 16 onto the elevator slider 30 using the wooden notches on the side of the assembled elevator 12 - 16.
  • Page 31 Step 25 • Line up the three (3) holes on the elevator slider 30 with the holes on the lower-level right wall 2. • Then, fasten the elevator slider 30 to the lower-level right wall 2 using three (3) E screws. NOTE: The three (3) holes on the lower-level right wall 2 used for this step are tiny and hard to see.
  • Page 32 Step 26 • Fasten the lower-level right wall 2 to first-floor front border 32, first-floor backwall border 33, second-floor flooring 9, and third-floor flooring 10 using five (5) A screws. NOTE: Make sure the assembled elevator is still and placed on the ground. Screw on the lower-level right wall with care.
  • Page 33 Step 27 • Fasten the upper-level right wall 18 to the third-floor backwall border 29 using one (1) A screw. • Then, fasten the bottom of the upper-level right wall 18 to the third-floor flooring 10 using two (2) B screws. NOTE: Make sure the upper-level right wall is placed correctly by checking the design on the part.
  • Page 34 Step 28 • Slide the first balcony wall 27 in between the front end of upper-level right wall 18 and lower-level right wall 2. • Then, fasten the first balcony wall using two (2) B screws.
  • Page 35 Step 29 • Slide the second balcony wall 27 in between the back end of upper-level right wall 18 and lower-level right wall 2. • Then, fasten the second balcony wall using two (2) B screws.
  • Page 36 Step 30 • Fasten the back roof panel 7 onto the upper-level left wall 17 and upper-level right wall 18 using four (4) B screws. NOTE: Make sure the back roof panel 7 is placed correctly by looking at the design of the part.
  • Page 37 Step 31 • Fasten the assembled front roof panel onto the upper-level left wall 17 and upper-level right wall 18 using four (4) B screws. NOTE: Make sure the assembled front roof panel slightly overlaps the back roof panel before screwing in the part.
  • Page 38 Step 32 • Fasten the three (3) decorative corner frames 28 to the left top corner of the first floor the right top corner of the second floor, and the right top corner of the first floor using three (3) B screws.
  • Page 39 Step 33 • Insert the stairs 22 on the left side of the second floor of the dollhouse.
  • Page 40 Step 34 • Fasten the headboard and footboard to the bed frame using four (4) F screws. Then, fasten overhang hook to headboard using one (1) F screw. • Then, place drapes over bed by hanging it from the overhang hook of the headboard.
