Click "WIFI" to enter the WIFI setting interface.

Click "APN" to enter the Mobile network setting.

18.4 Flow Usage

Click "Flow usage" to enter the data usage interface. You
can view the data usage and restrict the network. When the
background data is limited, the network charged by data will
be regarded as a mobile network. A warning is issued before
downloading large files.
