From [Maintenance], select [Graphs] to view serves as the location for activation of the system once all
the parameters have been set.
Timing Analysis Graph – This circular graph is updated left to right every few seconds with current
CPM data. The graph shows the CPM timing of the last 250 containers. The important characteristic to
watch is the consistency of the data. There should not be large spikes in data (inconsistent speed or
spacing) or sine waves (line speed wobble).
IMPORTANT: This graph shows the steadiness of the filler's line speed. Variation in the line speed will
cause variation in the dosing.
