Startup: Provides Startup DC for Switching Regulator until Transformer

Refresh: Provide Refresh voltage to Restart IC Regulation
Main Relay: Allows Power flow to Switching IC and SW Reg. Also functions
Main Relay Drive: Controls function of Main Relay
Error Amp: Monitors B1 Line Voltage
