I Connecting to a PC (first time)
The NACON GM-180 optical mouse is a Plug'n'Play device. In other words, the driver
will be installed automatically when you connect it to the PC for the first time. Here is
the procedure in detail.
• Turn on your computer and wait for it to start. Then log in to access your Windows
desktop.
• Connect the USB receiver of the NACON GM-180 to a free USB port on your PC.
• Windows will then detect the new device and the driver installation process will start
a few seconds later (a small icon will appear in the taskbar).
• The duration of the installation depends on the speed of your system. When the
installation is complete, the icon will change. Position the switch under the mouse to
ON. You can now use your mouse.
NB: To use the GM-180 mouse, its USB receiver must always be connected.

Changing the resolution

The NACON GM-180 has an optical sensor which tracks your movements and
transmits this information to the PC.
This sensor is compatible with different resolutions. The higher the resolution,
the more precisely your movements are tracked, but the more you are likely to
encounter difficulties in positioning the cursor on a specific point on the screen.
