8.3. Adjustment Procedure

8.3.1. Equipment Setting for TX/RX adjustment

Notes: 1. It is recommended that each band (GSM 900, DCS 1800 and PCS 1900) is tested in turn.
2. Ensure the RF Cable is connected properly.

1. Connect all three equipment as shown.
2. Set the cable loss within the GSM tester before proceeding to any tests.
3. Power on the handset before executing the main program.
4. Change the handset comport setting: *#369# -> Com port -> GENIE
5. After completing the adjustment procedure, set the handset comport setting back to "Off". Failure to do so will cause the
handset to malfunction.
