User Interface
The entire user interface is completely explained in the form of flowchart shown in Figure 3 on page
35. If the Solar Inverter is working fine, then the display will show the default loop as shown in Figure
2 on page 34. If some fault occurs in the power circuit of the solar inverter, the fault name will auto-
matically be displayed. Once the fault clears, the display goes back to the default loop automatically.
Most of the features for the user interface have been provided in restricted access, so that only an
authorised user can use it. The only features that are available without the restricted access are fault
diagnosis, the product serial number and viewing the daily, monthly & yearly solar energies harnessed.
The latest 50 faults can be viewed by the user (see Figure 3 on page 35). The faults can be viewed
on-line without having to switch off the inverter. The features available in restricted access include
setting date and time, clearing fault FIFO, resetting the energies, setting up product serial number,
calibration, setting the restart timer and setting up inverter modes. To do any of these, one must
simply follow the flowchart of Figure 3 on page 35. All these things can be done on-line, i.e. without
switching off the inverter.

Checking Solar Energy Data
A feature of this solar inverter is that energy fed to grid by it is logged into a non-volatile memory
every minute. The energy is accumulated over a day, month and year. Energy fed to grid per day,
per month or per year is stored for 10 years. So, the user can view energy accumulated over a day
for any day starting January 1, 2020 till December 31, 2030. Similarly, the user can view the energy
accumulated over a month for any month starting January 2020 till December 2030. Just like the user
can view daily and monthly energy data, he/she can view yearly energy data as well for the years
2020 till 2030. So, there is provision for the user to view daily, monthly or yearly energy data user
