CALIBRATION INSTRUCTIONS rapidcount T 575
Required calibration cards: 1 x pink calibration card, 10 x grey calibration cards,
10 x white calibration cards
Connect the power adapter with the device.
1.
Turn on the device. Then press the "CLEAR"
button 5 times. A window with „Input Pass-
word" opens on the display . Please enter a 0
and confirm it with the "START" button.

Now the "Maintenance Menu" opens. Select
"Sensor Adjust" and confirm it with the
"START" button. Afterwards please press the
"REPORT" button to get to "Static Adjust".
Confirm it again with the "START" button.
Open the cover of the device so that the feed

rollers are visible. Place the pink calibration
card centrally under the feed roller. Then close
the cover and press the "START" button. The
calibration card is automatically ejected after
the calibration.
Press the "REPORT" button to get to "Image

Dynamic Adjust". Confirm it with the "START"
button. Place all gray calibration cards on the
upper feed. Repeat this process until "Press
START key" is shown.
