Cleaning the Media Feed Rollers for Tray 2
Instructions below do NOT apply to the magicolor 2400W model printer.
1. Lift the printer off of Tray 2 and temporarily place it on a sturdy flat surface.
2. Clean the media feed rollers by wiping them with a soft, dry cloth.
3. Lift the printer and reinstall it on top of Tray 2.
