1. Place heater on saw horses or work bench
for easier assembly.
Tip: Assembling your heater on saw
horses will make it easier to attach the
wheel support frame. Avoid tipping the heater
on it sides
2. Place handle assembly on top of heater and
line up holes in tank lip with holes in handle.
3. Line up holes of one wheel support frame
with holes in tank lip and handle assembly.
Tip: Use clamps to secure the handle
assembly and wheel support frame to
tank lip for easier assembly.
4. Attach handle with (8) long screws
(60 mm) and (8) nuts through the holes on
both sides of the tank lip and wheel support
frame and tighten firmly.
5. Attach frame brace with (2) short screws
(35 mm).
6. Insert axle through holes in wheel support.
7. Slide spacer onto axle.
8. Slide wheel onto axle facing out and hold in
place with the axle nuts. (See Figure 3).
9. Attach front safety guard to the heater with
the included hardware.
