pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 49 of March 14, 2014 "Implemen-
ta-tion of Directive 2012/19 / EU on waste electrical and electronic
equipment (WEEE)".
The crossed-out wheeled bin symbol shown on the equipment indicates
that the product at the end of its useful life must be collected separa-
tely from other waste. Therefore, the user must provide the equipment
inte-grating the essential components at the end of its life at the appro-
priate centers for the separate collection of electronic and electro-te-
chnical waste, or return it to the retailer at the time of purchase of new
equivalent equi-pment, on the basis of one to one, or 1 to zero for equip-
ment with a lon-ger side less than 25 CM. Adequate separate collection
for the subsequent start-up of the equipment discharged for recycling,
treatment and compa-tible environmental disposal helps to avoid possi-
ble negative effects on the environment and on health and promotes the
recycling of the materials of which the equipment is composed. Unau-
thorized disposal of the product by the user entails the application of
administrative sanctions pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 49 of March
14, 2014.
