Troubleshooting
Use the following troubleshooting section and the one from your Roady2
User Guide as needed. To obtain a copy of the Roady2 User Guide, go to
www.shopdelphi.com.
Problem
The setup procedure
does not work.
You cannot receive XM channels.
You cannot receive FM stations.
Battery is not charging properly.
The seek function does not stop.
Solution
• Ensure the Roady2 Personal Audio
System is plugged in correctly.
• Check to see if you can receive FM
signals. If so, then there is a
problem with the XM receiver.
Contact Delphi Product Technical
Support (see page 17).
• Ensure you are in an open area with
no obstructions such as large trees or
buildings.
• Ensure headset is plugged in.
• Move to an area where a strong FM
station exists.
• Ensure the battery is installed correctly
and the AC adaptor is plugged in.
• Use a new battery.
• Ensure headset is plugged in.
