BELT ADJUSTMENT:
The belt on your bike has been preadjusted and should not require immediate attention. Continuous use of the b
ike may cause the belt to stretch or become loose causing the need for bike adjustments. If so, simply losen the
bolts(16) on both side of flywheel and tighten the nylon nut to until the belt becomes tight.
ADJUSTING THE SEAT HEIGHT
Loosen the saddle post knob (44) on frame slightly by turning it anticlockwise and pull it up, move the saddle t
o a position comfortable for doing exercise and then release and re-tighten the knob (44) .
HORIZONTAL ADJUSTMENT OF THE SEAT
Loosen the knob (48) on seat tube slightly by turning it anticlockwise. Move the saddle to a position comfortabl
e for doing exercise and then tighten the knob securely by turning it clockwise.
(Note: the L shaped knob is a spring konb.If you have no space durning tightening in handlebar connor. You ca
n pull the knob out , back turn and release it.)
HORIZONTAL ADJUSTMENT OF THE HANDLEBAR
Loosen L shaped spring knob (68) slightly by turning it anticlockwise. Move the handlebar to a position comfo
rtable for doing exercise and then re-tighten the knob securely by turning it clockwise.
(Note: the L shaped knob is a spring konb.If you have no space durning tightening in handlebar connor. You ca
n pull the knob out , back turn and release it.)
MOVEMENT & STORAGE
The unit is equipped with wheels (72) to make it easier to move. The wheels located at the front of your unit
make it easier to move it into a chosen position, by lifting the rear of the unit up slightly and pushing it.

4. Start workout

4.1 Function buttons
MODE:
1. After batteries were installed, press this button to set up the clock value.
2. Press this button to change the display from Distance to Temperature
3. Press the button for more than 4 seconds will reset all functional(values to zero except the clock and
temperature.)
