9. Install the update by performing the following steps:
a. Create a temporary directory on your local hard-disk drive.
b. Use an extractor application program to unzip the downloaded files to the
temporary directory that you created.
c. Shut down ARCserveIT .
d. Double-click the Disk 1 folder and run setup.exe.
e. Start ARCserveIT .
