Demontieren der Serien – Auspuffanlage /

Entfernen Sie die Sitzbank, öffnen die Koffer (links & rechts) und lösen Sie die Schrauben (Abb. 1). Trennen Sie vorsichtig

die Steckverbindung der Heckleuchten und entfernen Sie den Bowdenzug der Sitzbankentriegelung (Abb. 2).

Remove the seat, open the cases (left & right) and loosen both bolts (pic.1). Carefully unplug the wiring to the tail lights and

unhook the Bowden cable securing the seat from the latch (pic.2).

Entfernen Sie die Koffer durch entriegeln der Sicherungshaken auf der Innenseite der Koffer. (Abb. 3). Lösen Sie die Schraube

des Halters und der Schelle um anschließend den Serienschalldämpfer zu entfernen (Abb.4).

Remove the cases by unlocking the security hook at the inside(pic.3). Loosen the bolts of the bracket and the clamp to remove

the serial muffler (pic.2).

Connect the Remus sport muffler pair using the provided bracket and tighten the bolts, to be strainless, gently. (pic.6).

Page 4 Um das gepflegte Aussehen verchromten sowie schwarz lackierten Bauteile auf Dauer zu gewährleisten, ist eine einfache Reinigung notwendig. Vor allem Salzablagerungen müssen umgehend mit Wasser entfernt werden. Slightly tighten the clamp- and bolted connections. Align the REMUS sport exhaust and tighten the connections. Start the engine and test the whole system for leaks.
