Demontieren der Serien – Auspuffanlage /
Demontieren Sie das Serienhitzeschutzblech.(Abb. 1). Lösen Sie die Halterschraube sowie die Schelle und nehmen Sie den
Serienschalldämpfer ab (Abb. 2).
Remove the serial heat shield (pic.1). Loosen the bracket's screw as well as the clamp and remove the standard muffler
(pic.2).

Das REMUS Verbindungsrohr auf den Serienkrümmer aufschieben (Abb. 3). Ersetzen Sie den Serienhalteclip mit der
mitgelieferten Clipmutter. (Abb. 4).
Install the REMUS connection tube onto the serial header (pic.3). Replace the standard clip nut with the supplied one (pic.4).

- Page 2 Befestigen Sie nun das Carbon Hitzeschutz (Abb. 6). Mount the REMUS sport exhaust onto the REMUS connection tube, install the springs and tighten the bracket's screw (pic.5). Align the clamp of the connection tube suitable for the REMUS carbon heat protection and tighten the clamp (pic.6).
- Page 3 Um das gepflegte Aussehen verchromten sowie schwarz lackierten Bauteile auf Dauer zu gewährleisten, ist eine einfache Reinigung notwendig. Vor allem Salzablagerungen müssen umgehend mit Wasser entfernt werden. Slightly tighten the clamp- and bolted connections. Align the REMUS sport exhaust and tighten the connections. Start the engine and test the whole system for leaks.
