Loosen the bracket screw of the serial muffler (pic.1).

Demontieren Sie die Hülse vom Schalldämpfer (Abb. 3).
Disassemble the bush of the muffler (pic.3).

Disassembly of the original exhaust system
Demontieren Sie die beiden Federn und nehmen den
Schalldämpfer ab (Abb. 2).
Disassemble both springs and remove the muffler (pic.2).

- Page 2 Federn ein, positionieren Sie den Schalldämpfer und ziehen alle Schrauben fest (Abb. 6 / 7). Connect the REMUS connecting tube with the header and tighten the screw slightly. Install the springs, position the muffler and tighten all screws (pic. 6 / 7).
- Page 3 Um das gepflegte Aussehen verchromten sowie schwarz lackierten Bauteile auf Dauer zu gewährleisten, ist eine einfache Reinigung notwendig. Vor allem Salzablagerungen müssen umgehend mit Wasser entfernt werden. Slightly tighten the clamp- and bolted connections. Align the REMUS sport exhaust and tighten the connections. Start the engine and test the whole system for leaks.
