Use oap timer clock-sync to set the clock synchronization timer.
Use undo oap timer clock-sync to restore the default.

Parameters
minutes: Specifies the clock synchronization timer value in minutes, in the range of 0 to 1440.
Setting this argument to 0 disables clock synchronization.
Usage guidelines
The clock synchronization timer regularly triggers the OAP manager to send clock and time zone
synchronization notifications to OAP clients. These notifications keep the clients' clocks
synchronized to the manager's clock.

# Set the clock synchronization timer to 20 minutes.
