Rotators (optional)
When using rotators, a free-wheel throttle valve must be installed.
In order to prevent a sudden speedup and stopping the rotational movements, as this may damage the
device within a short time.

Adjustment of the gripping range
Before gripping material can be lifted and moved, the corresponding gripping range must be set.
Otherwise it cannot be guaranteed that the clamping force is sufficient for safe gripping of the material to be lifted and
the material could slip off!
•
Never adjust the gripping range on both sides simultaneously.
Always adjust the gripping range first on one side and then on the other.
•
Unlock bolt with half ring (1) by pulling out the hinged pin (2).
•
Pull out bolts with half ring (1) each time the gripping range is adjusted and move rectangular tubes
against each other until the opening width at the rubber jaws is approx. 5 cm larger than the gripped
material itself.
•
Re-insert the bolt with the half ring (1) and secure with the cotter pin (2).
•
Gripping range adjustment must generally be symmetrical (via both rectangular tubes with adjustment
holes).
•
Be careful when adjusting the gripping range. Risk of injury to the hands!
→ Use protective gloves.
•
Defective safety elements (folding pins) must be replaced without fail!
