PREPERATION
1.
Use good quality, fresh, ripe, citrus fruit.
2.
Wipe the fruit.
3.
Turn the fruit on its side and cut in half with a sharp knife, to cut through the centres of the segments.
PRESSING
1.
Plug the citrus press into the power socket.
2.
Adjust the pulp control as desired. Setting it towards MAX will allow more of the pulp to mix with the
juice.
3.
Using one half-fruit at a time, place the cut (flesh) side on top of the reamer and press it down.
4.
The reamer will turn, pressing the juice out of the half-fruit.
5.
Move the fruit around, to ensure that the reamer reaches all of the flesh.
6.
When you stop pressing, the motor will stop.
7.
Do the same with the rest of your fruit.
8.
Don't use the citrus press continuously for more than 2 minutes. After 2 minutes use, let it rest for 2
minutes before carrying on.
9.
When you've finished, disassemble, clean, and store it away.
10. The cable can be stored wrapped around the motor unit.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
