From the Network Authentication drop-down menu, select Open.

Earlier versions of Dell wireless software may not contain the
drop-down menus. If you are using an earlier version, select the check
box labeled Data encryption (WEP enabled) and go to step 5.
From the Data encryption drop-down menu, select WEP .

If the wireless network does not require a network key (for example,

password), go to step 8.
Deselect the check box labeled The key is provided for me

automatically.
