Troubleshooting
Check the cable for damage (cuts, extreme kinks,
etc.) and replace if necessary.
Check the wiring. Connectors must be fully
inserted and snap into place!
Check if the 48V phantom power is switched on at
the console/interface.
Check the setting of the preamplifier on the
console/interface/etc.
Arm microphone in your DAW (Digital
Workstation) or activate direct monitoring
Microphone may need to be levelled. Please read
the software manual of the respective DAW.
Change the buffer size in the DAW settings. The
lower the number, the lower the latency. (Note:
with a low buffer size, the machine requires higher
performance. Depending on the computer, this
can lead to higher performance losses). For more
information, please refer to the manual of each
digital audio workstation.
