Selects the loaf size 1, 1.5 or 2lb (450, 680 or 900g)

Selects the crust colour Light, Medium or Dark. When used with programs 1, 2 or 3,
selecting Rapid activates the quick cook mode.

Selects one of the 12 preset cooking programs
