Delicates
Items
Delicate garments made from synthetic fibre, mixed fibre, rayon and
viscose.
Performance outerwear (e.g. jackets and trousers) made from
membrane fabric such as Gore-Tex®, SYMPATEX®,
WINDSTOPPER®, etc.
Curtains specified as machine-washable by the manufacturer.
Notes
– On outdoor clothing, fasten zips or close Velcro fasteners and do
not use fabric softener.
– If required, these items can also be reproofed using the
Proofing programme. Reproofing after each wash cycle is not
recommended.
– Dust in curtains usually means that a programme with pre-wash is
advisable.
– For items which crease easily, deselect the spin.
Woollens 
Items
Machine-washable or hand-washable wool or wool blend fabric. If
the care label does not specify a temperature, wash using the cold
setting.
Notes
Reduce the spin speed for fabrics that crease easily.
Shirts
Items
Shirts and blouses made of cotton and mixed fibre.
Notes
– Pre-treat collars and cuffs if necessary.
– Wash silk shirts and blouses in the Delicates programme.
– If the preset Pre-ironing Extra is switched off, the maximum load
capacity is increased to 2.0 kg.
