2 . P ro duct O ve rvie w Congratulations on your purchase of a Simpro Dumpmaster bin-tipping machine. The Dumpmaster is probably the safest, fastest and most reliable bin tipper on the market, and has been continuously developed over more than thirty years.
2.5 Duty cycle The duty cycle of the Dumpmaster depends on the type of power supply and powerpack that is fitted to the machine, as well as various environmental factors and the manner in which the machine is used. The figures given below are estimates only.
50,000 cycles 2.7 Noise emissions The noise emissions of the Dumpmaster bin lifter in standard operation have been assessed as not exceeding ~60 dB(A) at the operator’s ear. Operators are not required to wear hearing protection but are recommended to do so if using the machine on a constant basis.
4. If the machine is to be leased, sold or otherwise transferred, then this manual shall accompany the machine. 5. This is a generic manual. Simpro reserves the right to change the design of our products at any time without notification. In cases where the manual does not correspond with the actual product, use the manual as a reference guide only, and contact your authorized Simpro agent for assistance if required.
3 . S af ety A sse ssme nt The Dumpmaster has been designed to be as safe as possible without restricting the ease-of- use and versatility of the machine. A Hazard and Risk Assessment should be undertaken before the Dumpmaster is used for...

All personnel using the machine must know how to correctly operate the controls. Incorrect operation may result in a safety hazard or damage to the machine. The Dumpmaster controls are designed to allow simple, safe and fast operation of the electro-hydraulic systems. A range of different control panels may be installed, depending on the operational and safety requirements of the machine.

5.4 Electrical System (battery) If you do not operate a battery-powered machine, please disregard this section. Standard battery-powered machines are fitted with two deep-cycle sealed gel batteries, a digital smart charger, and a series-wound 24VDC motor. The control voltage is 24VDC. The motor only runs when the RAISE button is pressed;...
Machines produced prior to 2020 were fitted with a purple 60 Amp MAXI blade-fuse to protect the electrical systems. If this fuse is blown it must be replaced. Replacement fuses are available from Simpro (part 0790050101) or any automotive parts retailer. User Manual | Simpro Dumpmaster®...
5.4.9 Solar panel If you do not operate a machine with a solar panel kit, please disregard this section. Battery machines may be fitted with a solar panel kit to allow operation in locations without mains power. The 80W/24V monocrystalline solar panel (dimensions 930x673x35mm) is mounted on an adjustable steel bracket at the top of the mast, and delivers power to the battery via a digital regulator.
3-phase machines are fitted with a transformer which outputs 24VDC current to the control systems. The transformer input voltage and frequency depend on the standard 3-phase mains power in the country for which the machine was designed.
