5.2 Installation at a trussing system

Caution: Trussing installations may cause severe injuries when crashing down! If you have doubts
concerning the safety of a possible installation, do NOT install the trussing!
Before rigging make sure that the installation area can hold a minimum point load of 10 times the
installation's weight.
For suspending crossbeams, Dimmerbars, etc. always use a minimum of two hooks.
Attach the upper fixation of a hook to the crossbeam and tighten the fixation screw. Screw the Dimmerbar to
the installation screw.
At the suspended part, always install a safety-rope that can hold at least 12 times the weight of the
installation. You must only use safety-ropes with quick link. Pull the safety-rope through the attachment
eyelet and over the trussing system or a safe fixation spot. Insert the end in the quick link and tighten the
safety screw.
The trussing system must always be earthed!
DANGER TO LIFE!
Before taking into operation for the first time, the installation has to be approved by an expert!

5.3.1 Sound control
The sound signal is picked up via the integrated condensor microphone. This is why not extra connection to
the sound source is necessary.
