Before using the fryer!
1. Become familiar with all instructions in this manual.
2. For protection against electric shock, do not immerse
power cord, plug or plastic casing in water or other liq-
uid.
3. The device needs to be connected to socket with a pro-
tective pin.
4. Absolutely pay particular attention if children are pres-
ent in the vicinity of the device.
5. Switch off the power if the device is not used or will be
cleaned.
Leave it to cool down before next use or before taking
its elements out for cleaning.
6. Do not use the device with damaged power cord or
power plug after you establish it is malfunctioning or if
any other damage occurred.
7. Use of any auxiliary accessories other than recom-
mended by the device's manufacturer may result in
damage.
8. Do not use the device outdoors.
9. Make sure that the power cord does not hang down out-
side the edge of the table, counter or does not contact
hot surfaces.
10. Do not stand the device on or near gas burner, electri-
cal cooker or oven.
11. Oil in the fryer will remain hot for some time after the
device had been turned off. Never try to move the fryer
unless it is completely cooled off.
12. Do not use the device for other purpose than intended.
13. Never turn the fryer on until the internal container is
filled with oil.
14. If you use trick greases, mix them in a separate vessel,
then pour it in the container before turning on the fryer.
15. Never put thick grease in the hot container, since it may
result in its damage.
16. Do not use the fryer filled with oil below the minimum
or above the maximum level.
17. Do not leave unused fryer plugged on to power mains.
18. Do not use hot elements of the fryer during operation.
19. Never pour oil out of hot fryer. Leave the fryer to cool
down.
20. The housing of the Fryer cannot be immersed in water.

21. Internal and external plastic surface of the housing
should be washed with wet clothes and then dried.
22. Never lean over an open Fryer, since it may result in
burning with splashing, hot oil.
23. After frying is complete, still before opening the lid,
always wait for a few seconds until pressure of steam
drops down under the lid.
24. Put only dried products in the Fryer.
