Pump not pumping water

The LEO APm37 pump may not be pumping water due to the following reasons:

1. Water level is too low – adjust the installation height of the pump.
2. Suction pipe leakage – check and seal joints of the inlet pipelines.
3. Ice in the pipeline or chamber – melt the ice before starting the pump.
4. Incorrect pump type – use a suitable pump for the application.
5. Inlet pipeline is too long or has too many bends – shorten and use correct diameter pipe.
6. Inlet pipeline, filter screen, or pump chamber is blocked – clean out any foreign materials or sundries.
7. Impeller is jammed or overloaded – clear sundries and operate under rated flow.
8. Motor issues (e.g., intermittent operation or burned stator winding) – check grounding, cables, and replace winding coils if needed.
9. Air in the pump chamber – fill the pump chamber with clean water and discharge air before starting.

Also, if no water is discharged after 5 minutes, turn off the pump, re-fill water, and check for inlet pipeline leaks.
