Open the front-passenger door.

To open: pull cover : outwards in the direc-

tion of the arrow and remove it.
To close: clip in cover : on the front of the

dashboard.
Fold cover : inwards until it engages.

Fuse box in the engine compartment

WARNING
When the hood is open and the windshield
wipers are set in motion, you can be injured by
the wiper linkage. There is a risk of injury.
Always switch off the windshield wipers and
the ignition before opening the hood.
Open the hood ( page 325).

Use a dry cloth to remove any moisture from

the fuse box.
To open: open clamps ;.

Fold up cover : in the direction of the arrow
X
and remove it.
To close: check whether the seal is seated
X
correctly in cover :.
Insert cover : at the side of the fuse box into
X
the retainers.
Fold down cover : and close clamps ;.

Close the hood.

Fuse box under the rear bench seat
Fold the left-hand rear bench seat forward
X

To open: reach into recesses ; on each side

of fuse box cover :.
Fold cover : up in the direction of the arrow

and remove it from the fuse box.

The fuse allocation chart is located in a
recess at the side of the fuse box.
To close: place cover : on the fuse box.

Press cover : down until you feel the clamps
X
engage.
Fold back the left-hand rear bench seat
