The following information applies in normal operating conditions. The specified inter -
vals must be shortened accordingly when working for longer than normal or under
difficult cutting conditions (extensive dust, highly resinous lumber, lumber from trop -
ical trees, etc.). If you only use the tool occasionally, extend the intervals accordingly.

Firmly tighten down the cylinder base screws of chainsaws (3.4 kW or more) after 10 to 20 hours of operation.
