Check before reporting the failure

The water purifier may not operate as desired if used incorrectly or there is a minor cause,
even though the product has no fault. In these cases, check the following issues to solve
simple problems without the help from the service center.
If the problem doesn' t solve after checking the following issues, call the service center.
Symptom
The taste of water is

reduced suddenly
Cold water/purified
water is not coming

not lighted.

Check- up
• Is the water tank cleaned?
• Is the water- purifier used for
too long time?
• Isn' t it the time for changing
filter?
• Isn' t it the time for changing
filter?
• Is the Tap water valve
fastened?
• IIsn't the cold water turned off?
• Hasn't the purified water been
discharged too much?
• Has it passed 24 hours since
Tap water and power was
supplied?
• Isn't the cold water function
being turned off?
• Is the power connected?
• Is the filter changing time
missed?
• Tap water supply is well?
• Is power plug connected?
• Is the product is overflowed or
is there any leakage?
• Is Power cord plugged in?
Solution
Please clean the water tank
Drain the stored water and then clean the
tank
Ask filter replacement to Service center.
Ask filter replacement to Service center.
Unfasten Tap water supply valve
Refer to how to use Hot water/ Cold
water on page 14
When large quantity of purified water is
discharged, the cold water might not be
coming out since the quantity of water in the
storage tank is small. Wait until the water is
refilled before the use.
Use after 24 hour from the supply of Origin-
water and power
If the cold water function is to be used, turn on
the cold water switch at the rear of the
product.
Confirm whether the power cord of the product
is inserted into the 220V/60Hz outlet.
Ask filter replacement to Service center.
Check the Tap water supply valve.
Check if the power cord is plugged in
230V~ 50Hz
Ask the after- sales service
Check if the power cord is plugged in
230V~ 50Hz
