Preparation for installation
The cooker hood must be mounted so that the minimum
distance between the fi lters and the gas or electric hob is
65cm.
If a two-part connecting tube is used, the upper part must be
placed outside the lower part.
Installing the Cooker Hood
1 Use the drill hole template to mark the ceiling connection
holes.
2 Drill 5 Ø8 holes in the ceiling. Insert rawlplugs in the holes.
3 Insert 3 screws (E) and tighten, leaving at least 3mm
protruding from the ceiling. Do not insert screws in
remaining holes (X).

4 Place top frame over the ceiling screws (E) and turn frame
to lock it in position.
5 Insert the remaining two screws and tighten all the screws
to hold the frame tightly against the ceiling.
6 Work out the required cable length by subtracting the
height of the hob, the cooker hood and the clearance
required between them (650mm) from the height of the
room.
