    To avoid accidents to property or people it is important to follow the instructions given. Failure to do so removes any liability from John Lewis. Warnings – Any installation work must be undertaken by a qualified electrician or competent person.

    Should the power supply cable need to be replaced, this must be carried out by an approved service engineer. John Lewis declines any liability should this safety measure not be observed. Before switching on, make sure the electricity supply voltage is the same as that indicated on the cooker hood’s rating plate.
